1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Famulor 2.0, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. What the service does
The platform lets you build and run AI voice agents for inbound calls and outbound campaigns, extend them to WhatsApp, SMS and a web call widget, connect knowledge bases, and review transcripts and post-call analysis.
It also includes calendar integrations, live monitoring, simulation testing, CRM sync via webhooks, a REST API and MCP server, and optional white-label features for reselling under your own brand and pricing.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping login credentials secure. Team workspaces let you invite colleagues; you are responsible for managing their access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful robocalling, spam, or any calling activity that violates applicable telecom regulations, including do-not-call and consent requirements in the regions you operate in.
You are responsible for informing your own callers when required by law that they are speaking with an automated agent, and for obtaining any consent needed for recording.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. White-label workspaces that use their own pricing and Stripe Connect are responsible for their own billing relationship with their end customers.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the platform itself. You retain ownership of the content you upload — prompts, documents, recordings and transcripts generated through your use of the service.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and to use it only as needed to provide or receive the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim arose.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with notice as described in your order form, or immediately for a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
