1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Famulor 2.0 handles personal data for visitors to this website and for businesses (and their callers) using the platform to run AI voice, WhatsApp and SMS agents.
It is a general-purpose template. The actual policy published for your business should be reviewed by counsel and adjusted to match exactly what you collect, where you host it, and which laws apply to you.
2. What we collect
Account data: name, email, company details and billing information for the person or organization managing the workspace.
Call and conversation data: recordings, transcripts, and metadata (timestamps, duration, phone numbers, outcomes) generated by inbound calls, outbound campaigns, WhatsApp and SMS conversations.
Knowledge base content: documents you upload or website pages you choose to crawl, used to answer caller questions.
Usage data: how the dashboard is used, error logs and basic analytics needed to keep the service reliable.
3. Why we process it
To operate the service you signed up for — running agents, placing and receiving calls, and storing the resulting transcripts and analytics in your workspace.
To provide support, respond to requests, and send service-related communications.
To meet legal and contractual obligations, including keeping records required for billing and dispute handling.
Where required, processing rests on your consent, on the necessity of performing the contract with you, or on a legitimate interest that does not override your rights.
4. Hosting and storage
Workspace data — calls, transcripts, knowledge bases and account records — is hosted in the EU, in line with GDPR requirements, for businesses that select EU hosting.
Sub-processors that support call routing, text-to-speech and storage are contractually bound to data protection terms consistent with this policy.
5. Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are kept for the retention period configured in your workspace. Account and billing records are kept for as long as required by applicable law after account closure.
You can request deletion of specific recordings, transcripts or your full account at any time; see the contact section below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Cookies on this website
This marketing website uses only the cookies necessary to remember basic preferences. It does not run third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date at the top of this page.
